Plan when to leave for your next call

A leave-by planner for scheduled calls. You choose a verified call spot from places verified by you or the community; pingVu estimates travel time and reminds you when to leave.

How it works

Three steps, all on your terms

πŸ“… Plan a Call

Enter the call yourself β€” title, time, whether it needs cellular or Wi-Fi, and how early you want to arrive β€” or tap From Calendar to pick an event from the next 7 days.

πŸ“ Choose a verified call spot

You pick from eligible verified call spots β€” places verified by you or by the community with high confidence. Nothing is pre-selected and nothing is ranked; the choice is yours.

⏰ Leave-by reminder

After you choose, pingVu shows a travel-time estimate and a leave-by time, then reminds you: "Leave in 15 minutes." Tap Open in Maps when you are ready to go.

How you use it

From call to leave-by time

  1. Tap Plan a Call. Enter the call manually (title, date and time, cellular or Wi-Fi, a 5/10/15-minute arrive-early buffer) or tap From Calendar to pick an event from the next 7 days.
  2. Choose a verified call spot. Select one of the eligible places shown β€” each marked Verified by you or Community, high confidence, and Recently verified. pingVu calculates travel time after you choose.
  3. Confirm with Use this call spot. If where you are already qualifies, it appears as a candidate too β€” it still needs your tap.
  4. Review Your selected call spot. See the travel-time estimate, your leave-by time, and reminder status. Use Open in Maps, or Choose a different spot.
  5. Get reminded. "Leave in 15 minutes for 'Client call.'" Recheck now re-validates the same spot you chose; it never swaps in another.
What MeetingScout doesn't do

A planning tool, nothing more

MeetingScout does not pick a spot for you, does not navigate, and does not react to signal loss. It is a planning tool: you choose a verified call spot in advance, and pingVu helps you leave on time.

If no recently verified spot is available, it says so. pingVu never invents a spot.

Calendar access is requested only when you tap From Calendar, never at launch. It is read-only β€” just the picked event's title and start time β€” and nothing calendar-derived ever leaves your device.

On iPhone and Android

Same plan, both platforms

πŸ—ΊοΈ Travel-time estimate

On iPhone, the travel-time estimate comes from Apple Maps. On Android, pingVu shows its own estimate. Either way, it is an estimate β€” plan a little margin.

πŸ”” Reminders

Local leave-by reminders on both platforms. On Android, if exact-time alarms are not allowed, reminders may arrive a few minutes early.

πŸ“ Units your way

Distances follow your Units setting: Automatic, Imperial, or Metric. Available to everyone, free.
